1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SumaraSystems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SumaraSystems provides software development, artificial intelligence integration, digital marketing, and automation consulting services. The specific scope of work for each client is defined in separate Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all code, designs, and proprietary systems developed by SumaraSystems prior to or outside the scope of a specific project remain the property of SumaraSystems. Intellectual property rights for project-specific deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

SumaraSystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated outputs or system downtimes.

5. AI and Automation Disclaimer

While we strive for the highest accuracy in our AI and automation solutions, the client acknowledges that AI systems are probabilistic and may occasionally produce unexpected results. It is the client's responsibility to review and validate AI-driven outputs before business implementation.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
